The Project technology can be broadly categorised as:

Bio-Methanation Process – Technology support by way of technical collaboration with Indian Institute of technology ( IIT ) – Delhi, along with technical support from Agharkar Institute - Pune and Detailed Engineering support from Cyra Engines Pvt Ltd, Surat.

CO2 capture and production of Dry Ice – Technology support by way of technical collaboration with Indian Institute of technology ( IIT ) Technology & BOSCO India - Ahmedabad as Equipment supplier and Cyra Engines Pvt Ltd as Technical supervision and Detailed Engineering provider.
- Achieving value deliverables from Bio Mass after Bio-Methanation Process - - Technology support by way of technical collaboration with Punjab Engineering College - Chandigarh, Technology support from Indian Institute Of Chemical Technology ( A unit of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research(CSIR) – Hyderabad, Technology support from Indian Institute of Science (IISc) – Bangalore and Cyra Engines Pvt Ltd as Coordinator and Detailed engineering provider.
Bio-Methanation Process:
- Bio methanation technology developed by both IIT - Delhi as well as Agharkar Institute is highly efficient with higher deliverables as compared to conventional technologies currently available
- By virtue of low cost purification Gas cleaning technology developed by IIT Delhi, the end product has Higher Methane content in the gas
- Low HRT
- Multi-feedstock
- Lower Capex
- High Biogas Yield (almost 25% over the existing norms and estimated to be above 30% by Agharkar Institute)
CO2 Capture and Dry Ice production:
- CO2 emerging from the Bio methanation process is captured and converted to concentrate CO2 to be adapted for production of Dry Ice and also to meet the requirements of Carbonated Drinks Manufacturers.
Bio Mass processing :
- The Bio mass which is residue after methanation process is presently being used as low cost manure by existing units in this space. Whereas in this instance it will be further processed to produce high purity Silica, and Activated carbon for Industrial use. These products are contributing to almost 60% of total revenues, as a result the project becomes sustainable economically on standalone basis.
