Engineer by profession with rich experience in construction of Power projects installations (Hydro, Thermal and Nuclear), piping installations, Fertilizer projects and Ship Building, Marine structures, offshore platforms for offshore oil drilling. As entrepreneur in a family owned business has executed projects on EPC contract basis in the above mentioned sectors. As major shareholder, has conceived & commissioned couple of mid-size industries in the engineering and steel sectors. Has extensive exposure and experience in international trade by way of exporting food grains and importing raw material required for steel industry. Now functioning as Director India Operations of Delamore & Owl Group, UK and has been active in structuring large infrastructure projects on PPP model with various Govt. owned organizations, He is presently Director of AV Agro Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd.

Graduate in Civil Engineering from Osmania University , having rich experience of 30 years in Planning & Development of Large Scale Town-ships /smart cities, handled all process of development viz, Programme Management, Planning & Design programmes, Project Management, Construction Management, Cost & Quality Management , Procurement & Resource Management.
His Experience has been mainly in Planning & Development of Independent India’s 1st Planned Hill City of 10000 acres (4000 Hectares) i.e. Aamby Valley City and played a major role in developing this ambitious city from its Inception thereby and had a Global Exposure to World Class Development, Resources, Materials, Technologies etc..
Handled large work force and engineering team, Delivered & Provided Value to Promoters in achieving desired Goals & Objectives. He will contribute in Planning & Development of New projects right from inception stage with his rich experience & exposure by Deploying Best Resources , Technologies and Bring Value Creation by executing projects from Concept to Completion within the time and cost projections accompanied by quality..

A Civil Engineer, having over 27 years’ Experience in Real Estate Industry – has good experience & exposure of City Planning, Design & Developments and its Implementation. During his tenure of experience, he has worked for various reputed Organizations such as TATA Electric Company, Garware Paints, Lok Group, Sahara Group for its Aamby Valley Project at various levels. He has been involved in Aamby Valley project since early days, wherein, he was actively involved in planning, designing & implementation of various sectors of the Hill city project.
He has worked with top national and international Consultants of repute in various discipline as well as handled all levels of contractors working for the project development. He was actively involved in setting up complete in-house design services & its processes in terms of planning and design all building projects and infrastructural projects with the team of Architects, Engineers, Designers and Specialists to take the challenges of New City Development. He has experience and expertise in Program & Project Management, Contract management, Design & Construction Management as well as City Maintenance & Operations Management for different nature of projects contractors
